Improving green management systems:To improve our energy and environmental management, we established various equipment and facility classification management systems. Meanwhile, we conduct real-time monitoring of energy consumption, regular maintenance, and energy statistical analysis usi🌊ng EMS and IBMS systems to achieve all-around energy consumption management.
Using energy-saving equipment:To reduce energy consumption, w🎀e gradually phase out high-energy-consuming e꧑quipment, actively choose advanced and efficient energy-saving and water-saving equipment, and make full use of natural lighting and ventilation.
Establishing a green supply chain:We actively seek green-bonus products and increase the proportion of sales of green energyﷺ-saving products to strengthen the development of a green supply chain system.
Offering green services:Adhering to the green services concept, we have established a green service system to provide employees with energy-saving, water-saving, and environmental protection training, and orga♔nize energy-sav-ing and environmental protection public welfare activities.
Advocating green consumption:We use various f♏orms of thematic advertising to help consumers establish a green, low-carbon, energy-saving, and environmentally friendly mindset, as well as to help consumers prioritize the purchase of green pr𝔍oducts and reduce their use of disposable non-bio-degradable plastic products.
Green recycling:We strictly enforce and promote garbage classification in order to increase the amount of green recycling of renewable resources, enhance environmental protection awareness, and encourage the installation of intellig𒉰ent recycling equipment.
In terms of mall management, we have completed the transformation and upgrade of the "IBMS Intelligent Building Management System". Through platform c♈ontrol, the maꦐll has achieved parallel operation strategy and execution supervision, and reached the goal of optimal control of various facilities and equipment to save energy and reduce consumption.
In terms of merchant management, the mall promotes "Green Operation" to its merchants via various means. Lighting System: It implements energy-saving control measures such as zoning control, timing control, induction control, and so on; develops a lighting operation plan, adjusts flood lighting and landscape lighting time according to the change in sunlight in winter and summer, adjusts the starting and stopping time for lighting on floors that arꦬe not occupied at night, and achieves energy savings through precise control time.
Air Conditioning System: For large power-consuming systems, I💎BMS can read equipment operation data in real time via sensors and automatically adjust parameters such as air conditioning water valve, air valve, and fan frequency to achieve precise temperature control, resulting in energy savings and consumption reduction while protecting tenants’ comfortable body feeling.
In 2022, the monthly energy budget of Suzhou Longfor Center has been reduced by 26.2% compared to last year, with total annual electricity savings of 917,447 kWh.
