The TOEFL exam requirement is only waived for those who have completed a degree in a native English-speaking country: Antigua and Barbuda, Australia, The Bahamas, Barbados, Belize, Canada, Dominica, Grenada, Guyana, Ireland, Jamaica, New Zealand, St Kitts and Nevis, St Lucia, St Vincent and the Grenadines, Trinidad and Tobago, United Kingdom, and the United States of America. Applicants who have not completed a degree in a native English-speaking country and who request a waiver for the TOEFL exam will not be granted such until a thorough evaluation of their personal statement and/or writing sample has been concluded by the admissions committee.
