背景要求
先修課要求
Exceptional math skills are the most important qualification. Mathematics: Linear algebra, multivariable calculus, differential equations, general knowledge of real analysis, measure and integration, probability spaces. Statistics: At least one undergraduate course in statistics that covers topics such as confidence testing, applied multivariate analysis, time series analysis, and basic regression. Some exposure to economics and finance as well as MATLab (with applications) and other programming languages (e.g., C++) are beneficial.
