Only the GRE General test is required for admission to both the M.S. and Ph.D. programs. It is recommended that Ph.D. applicants seeking Fall admission take the GRE test no later than November to meet the fellowship consideration deadline. The test must be taken within the last five (5) years before the desired date of admission. The minimum expected score in the old scale is 1100 (verbal and quantitative scores combined) or 300 in the new test scale.
